Shipping & Delivery
Everything you need to know about getting your We-Pee separator delivered, wherever you are in the world.
UK delivery
We ship UK orders via Royal Mail tracked. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
- Cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Tracking: a tracking link is sent to your email when your order ships
- Highlands & Islands: may take an extra 1–2 working days
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Transit times vary by destination:
- USA, Canada: typically 7–14 working days
- Australia, New Zealand: typically 10–14 working days
- Rest of world: 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by their country.
European Union customers
We do ship to EU addresses, but post-Brexit customs handling means direct shipping is often slower and sometimes more expensive than it used to be.
Our recommendation for EU customers: order through one of our marketplace stores, where shipping is faster and duty is prepaid:
- Our eBay store — ships across Europe
- Our Amazon store — ships across Europe via Amazon's fulfilment network
Both list the same separators at comparable prices and avoid the customs friction that direct UK → EU shipping currently involves.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your tracking shows your parcel hasn't moved for several days, or if it's past the expected delivery window, please get in touch with your order number. We'll chase it with Royal Mail and, if it really is lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns of unused separators in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for the full details.
If your separator arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, contact us first — we'll usually replace it without you having to send the original back.
