Refund policy

We want you to enjoy buying our products and aim to make the whole process as friendly and easy as possible.

In the unlikely event of your product is damaged en route or being in any way defective, we will endeavour to rectify the damage, or if needed send a new item at the earliest possible opportunity. You will not be charged for delivery a second time.

This Cancellation and Returns Policy does not take away any rights you may have under consumer law.
